Emília Rodrigues Araújo is an assistant professor at the Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Sociology and Researcher at the Center for Communication and Society Studies. In addition to other administrative functions she is vice president of the Institute of Social Sciences, and has participated in several research projects on the subjects of time, temporality, technoscience, culture and mobility. She participates in several scientific associations, having several national and international publications on the topics mentioned.
